Manage Blueprint math

Hi EA - I'm sharing the example from my specific Dynasty in hopes you might consider a hot fix to the calculation users see when allocating Dynasty points to their 4 categories.

Per the attached screen shot, the math in my scenario is as follows: 12,560 Budget - 2605 Staff - 950 Facilities - 7220 Roster NIL = 1,785 left for season Recruiting. This screen shows 2,335. I also have 685 NIL in graduating rostered Seniors. I'd assume that means my Recruiting NIL should be 2,470 (1785+685). The Recruiting NIL screen it shows 3,570.

The 2335 shown I believe is 1785 + 550 in elective facilities slots above the 400 base annual cost for Elite facilities.

The 3570 (recruiting/prospect screen) appears to be 1785 + 550 (elective facilities) + 685 (graduating SRs).

Just providing the feedback, but it seems like it's double-counting the elective facilities and it's just a bit confusing anyway.  I don't get NIL points back by "firing" my elective facilities so I'd think the logical display here might be simply showing unallocated NIL points remaining for Recruiting high school/transfer while factoring in departing seniors.

  • If you have coaches with expiring contracts and facilities equipment that will expire that also goes into NIL for next season when you are looking at recruiting

Thanks James, I agree and it seems like that's being factored in.  In my example above, it looks like its an error that the elective facilities (550 pts) were being double-counted.  My coordinators are locked up for another couple of years.  It might then make sense that it's elective support staff, but that far exceeds 550 points.
