NIL too expensive to retain Coaches

using the max speed setting for coaches, it can get way too expensive to keep coaches at schools even top schools if you spend a lot on NIL players or recruits you cannot retain Coaches that are high level. also i like the ability to remove offers for coaches with a year left on their contract but many coaches you have to wait years for that option. idk I still would like way more freedom and customizable ability to hire whoever we want in offline dyansty.
