Players leaving

I know im english and therefore have no clue but bear with me please.

Having reached the semi of cfp and losing to OU i wandered into the end of season.

My starting QB left due to A+ playing time having started all season and been in the finals for the heisman he needs B+ playing time so im confused  (he was happy with his NIL)

my starting hb left having only A- playing style and needing B

my nickel back left having only championship contender A+ needing B

mone of my DTs left having playing style A+ needing B

notice a trend. this has to be a bug. i am conscious of trying to keep all my roster happy to retain them and then stuff like this happens making it mind boggling.

as an aside the 2-5-4 isn't. its 4-3. or 4-3 with RDE/LDEs. the 5 means LBs i thought. ie bowman/willis/smith era where 9ers had 5 good lbs and only 2 DL worth anything and playing 2-5-4 to get your best players on defence would make sense. subbing them in to a 4-3 doesnt allow for the variety with that number of lbers and i cant create plays.
