Practice plan bug

When setting the practice plan. Players with wear and tear issues will show a low risk of injury report if I switch them to full practice, but a yellow increased risk of injury if I have them do a limited practice. I assume these post practice reports should be switched to reflex an increase injury chance after a full practice but low for limited or no practice.
