Dynasty Crashes (Xbox & More?)

I've been playing Dynasty mode here finally after waiting a while for patches already and I'm in my 2nd year now as an OC in an offline save. It would happen every now and then season 1 where it would freeze and send to me to Xbox home screen. It's now EVERY game in the 2nd quarter and later, game has become completely unplayable and I'm not restarting or anything else, just go play something else instead of this AI slop. I don't know if anyone else has this same issue on other platforms, but I know for a fact it's this game. All others work completely fine, so get your stuff together. Very aggravated seeing all these crashing posts IGNORED as well. Sell us the product and then run away with the money.

    Can't post a video but I was able to capture the freezing bit finally, done playing this trash until it's fixed. Have a procedure coming up and I'm not wasting emotions on this.

    This has happened to me repeatedly over the last week. I clipped it and attached below (hopefully it worked).

    During the game, the end of quarter/halftime updates don’t load. When a player gets a penalty, the game essentially stops and the referee doesn’t appear on screen. As the game ends, the players don’t leave the field and it skips straight to the end game screen. When I press ‘return to hub’ my screen either freezes or goes black entirely, and the game doesn’t save.

    I’ve had 4 straight games not save this season. In year 2 as a HC for South Carolina. Never happened in year 1. Never happened in any of the other CFBs. I’m about to refund this game man.

    It’s frozen and crashed several times for me too.

    Short answer: no. They dropped an update a few weeks ago that initially helped. Games were running smoother and I had way fewer crashes. Even still, my game will freeze or crash from time to time, forcing me to restart the game itself, and then play the matchup for the second (or third, or fourth) time. One of the worst optimized sports games in recent memory.
