Stadium Renovations for Dynasty

What if in CFB you could build a new stadium or renovate your current one in dynasty mode. I’m doing a Liberty rebuild right now and I have brought them to the 4 seed as of right now. I’m playing in a 25,000 seat stadium as the No. 4 team in the nation. And it should be like real life where you actually have to wait for the stadium to be built, which would be a setting if you just want your stadium immediately. So this would be like in Madden where, you have pre built stadium options to choose from. Just an idea I think would be a good addition to the game.
