EA Play Pro, no trial?

I can't seem to find a way to get into the 10 hour trial on the EA app as an EA Play Pro subscriber. I see the trial.exe in my files, but when I click that I still get a message saying it's not released yet.

    EA Play Pro does not have a 10hr trial, just regular EA Play has that. 

    The good news is EA Play Pro subscribers will get access today at 2pm Eastern Time.

    mine says requires active subscription which mine is active... i dont understand why they cant just come on here and tell us straight up that its false advertising or cant get it up and running
