RTG crashes

EA College Football 27 — Repeated PS5 Crashes (CE-108255-1)

Is anyone else experiencing repeated PS5 crashes in College Football 27, particularly since the October 29 title update (1.016)?

I'm experiencing crashes during active gameplay in multiple Road to Glory careers and Play Now exhibition games. Even creating a completely new RTG build hasn't resolved the problem.

I've already cleared the PS5 cache, rebuilt the database, switched to Performance Mode, completely reinstalled the game, and verified that the software is updated. Other PS5 games run normally.

I've submitted a detailed report to EA but haven't received a response.

If anyone else is experiencing this, please share your platform, error code, and when the crashes occur.

I'd especially appreciate any acknowledgment from an EA community manager or information about whether this issue is being investigated.
