This has been happening the last few years on Xbox when cfb and madden have launched the game will just crash in the middle of a play or on the play selector screen I have tried all troubleshooting options nothing has worked it is usually fixed after a month or two after an update but It would be better if it was fixed faster

When using the prospect search function and getting to prospect list as I try to filter through the positions/tiers it freezes, has happened twice in the first 15 minutes of playing the game.
Same issue for me. Has happened twice.
Also happening to me when using the Search after setting filters through my recruiting board.
I have been playing dynasty with multiple saves. Once I get to week 16 right before the playoffs when I sim the week the game completely shuts my Xbox series x down. I have tried installing everything and restarting the Xbox but the same issue keeps happening
Dude this keeps happening to me I have crashed 6 times today and I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing has worked. The same thing also happened to me last year it is so annoying.
Last year this was a problem for me and many others. It’s happening again it only happens during a game but you’ll be playing a game with no prior issues and then all of the sudden the game will freeze and completely crash if we can get this fixed that would be a huge success. The game is fun to play outside of every 30 mins it will crash but other than that I’m having a good time. Please get this fixed.
I'm on playstation 5. I'm about to stop NCAA franchise entirely because i can scarce play without a crash anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous releasing a product at this price with this many crashes. I've crashed 7 or 8 times now in 24 hours.
Most of my crashes seem centered around 2 key aspects.
The halftime show. I've crashed at least 4-5 times in halftime. One time it reset my conference standings in the visual before crashing but i confirmed this didn't carry over to the season. I'm so sick of trying to play a dynasty and not being able to finish a game.
The second seems to be when populating the prospect board for recruits. Often times it gets stuck on loading, waits a minute, then crashes the game. Thus forcing me to go back and repopulate the board especially if its at the beginning of the season.
Seriously NCAA the yearly release needs to be delayed if you can't properly and consistently beta tests your live branch of code on the consoles.
Same here I have crashed in the same game 5 times before making it to halftime it’s ridiculous. It’s so bad I had to record it so I can post it. This happened last year for months without it being fixed bro cmon fix the game
Same here. I'm on an Xbox Series X. The exact same issue as the last two years. At this point I don't blame EA. I blame myself for shelling out hard earned money again this year for a game that isn't playable for about the first four months of release.
I will be in the middle of a challenge in ultimate team and my game will either freeze and I have to manually reset it or it will dash board me. It also does it in dynasty mode online and offline. I can’t really play a full game or play online against other players when I crash out of every game. I have tried all the fixes everyone recommends. Have even deleted my Xbox account and resigned in and that hasn’t fixed it. I bought the bundle for college football and madden. It will also do the same thing on madden.
