Re: Help with desyncing

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone from EA or the community can help. Beginning yesterday, every online game I try to play in EA SPORTS College Football 27 ends with a desync before kickoff. It happens in Road to the College Football Playoff and even in private games with friends.

I’ve already tried the following:

• Reinstalled the game
• Cleared the PS5 cache
• Rebuilt the PS5 database
• Verified the game is fully updated
• Turned cross-play off
• Confirmed my PlayStation Plus subscription is active
• Confirmed my NAT Type is 2
• Tested a private game with my cousin (still desyncs)
• My cousin can play online normally, so it doesn’t appear to be a widespread issue on his end.

The game worked fine before yesterday, and nothing has changed on my end. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? If an EA Community Manager sees this, could you please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is anything else I can try?
