Hello! I've typed some replies to other forum posts but I'm looking to bring my issue together into one post. On July 3rd I subscribed to EA Play in order to play the 10-hour trial of EA Sports College Football 27 on PC. However, when the game starts to load, it gets through the "checking for updates", "EA Javelin", "Starting the game" routine, but right when the game loads, it closes out and returns to the last page I was on in the EA app.
Here is what I have tried since 7/3 (no specific order): Uninstalling and reinstalling both the EA App and EA CFB 27, making sure EA, CFB, and the Javelin Anticheat are going through my network's firewall, logging out of EA and logging back in to play the game, running the game as administrator (both in the desktop and in the installation folder ("collegefootball27_trial.exe"), disabling overlays (Discord, EA, my AMD Adrenalin software), repairing the game installation files, clearing the cache in the EA App, and today I uninstalled and reinstalled my AMD graphics drivers and chipset.
I am trying to run the game on a very freshly-installed Windows 11 with only a few apps installed (Discord, EA, Steam, and Google Chrome) with a brand-new SSD I bought recently. I looked through Event Viewer and saw an error code that I saw in another forum post that had to do with EA Javelin software; I uninstalled EA Javelin, but when I tried to reinstall it, "EA College Football 27" did NOT appear in the dropdown menu, and I'm wondering if that's where the fix lies. Attaching my DxDiag and files to see if that would help.
Here are some additional things I've tried today (all unsuccessful):
Performed clean boot of Windows
Clean install of Windows 11 using installation media and reinstalling my AMD drivers and chipset (they were the only things installed on my PC besides the EA App and the game to minimize app conflict)
Went to Windows Defender and added the EA Sports College Football 27 folder and EA AntiCheat to the Virus and Threat Protection "Exceptions"
Still hoping for a response soon, especially on trying to uninstall EA Javelin and reinstalling it with EA College Football 27 as an option in the EA Javelin Installer's drop-down menu.
