EA Play Trial Pop-Up Bug?

Every time I try and play I get this pop up. I have never done anything to get the “play trial.” I got the MVP+ membership, downloaded the game early, and have gotten this message ever since. If it’s useful at all, I do also have gamepass ultimate (which I think includes EA play). 

I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading the game, and it didn’t fix it. I also unliked my EA account (which DID fix it). Then I relinked my account and this came back. 

anyone got any tips or anything? Annoying when I dropped $150 on this game and then can’t play it.
