Game crashing in Ultimate Team CO-OP

My buddy and I can't get through Co-Op games at this point. Solo games his game will never crash, other games on his XBOX don't crash but when it comers to Co-Op Ultimate team which is the game mode we love the most his game crashes daily. It doesn't happen at specific times of the game, sometimes it will crash in the 1st quarter and sometimes on the last play of the game, its completely random. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
