Server issues for ncaa 27

I am getting sick and tired of getting kicked off ncaa 27 servers especially when I play online dynasty mode. I did all the troubleshooting that was recommended especially on my Xbox x/s console and still having the same issues!! I tried reaching out to ea and never get any help. No surprise!!! I don’t know if anyone has any other ideas to fix this issue or are still having the same issues.  If this persists then this will be the last ea game I ever purchase!!
