Missed FG attempt results in a touchdown

A user in my dynasty league experienced a major bug in the game. His opponent was attempting a GW field goal. The kick fell short and landed in the end zone and rolled out of the back of the end zone but the game awarded him a Touchdown and the user who should have won, lost the game.
