Orientation Bug

I am completely soft-locked out of College Football 27 Ultimate Team. My Store and H2H tabs are completely missing because the New User Orientation is bugged and won't progress despite completing challenges. Please manually clear my stuck backend transaction lock.

    Please confirm which challenges you have completed currently. 

    If you have completed a challenge but it is stuck at 6/7 for example, please let us know which is showing this behaviour.
