PC Dead locks when trying to Load into CFB 27

I have not been able to play my CFB 27 due to my PC freezing/crashing when trying to load into the game. It will happen early into loading in. Sometimes I'm able to load up dynasty mode and sometimes I'm not able to get past the loading screen. My mouse and keyboard go dead so I have to hard reset my computer. I've tried everything from clearing my shader cache, turning off overlays, updating my 
BIOS, etc. If someone can help me, it would be much appreciated. I've been trying to find a fix the last 3 days. My PC specs are:

i7-13700F

RTX4060 Ti

ASRock B760M-C

BIOS 12.01

Windows 11

Steam Version

Hard freeze during loading requiring power cycle

No WHEA or GPU driver errors

    You potentially have a hardware issue we are not going to be able to troubleshoot our way out of. You are also running an unsupported version of Windows (Insider or Preview build). Try the following anyway:

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Then:

    sfc /scannow

    I did the command and prompt task and I’ve ran a bunch of hardware tests and everything has come back positive. Would you recommend anything else? Thank you.
