PLEASE FIX PRE-ORDER CONTENT ISSUES

I pre ordered regular version on Steam. On July 6, i cancelled that pre order and then preordered deluxe version. I was able to receive pre order bonus content EXCEPT the 100 Dynasty Coach Points.  Here it is July 21st and this still hasn't been fixed. I had a chat case open, but now they have turned off chat for this issue and send you to self help articles. I have done everything in those articles and nothing works. My EA account is linked to my steam account. If i open the ea app, it shows i have the pre order deluxe content. 

This is very frustrating because I have not received all the promised pre order bonus content. As well as since Dynasty Coach XP is now slower as well as each architect type is more expensive, it is key to have the extra 100 points to start a dynasty. 

Please someone help fix this.
