Purchased Today and Would Like a Refund

My son purchased College Football 27 this morning and we've had issues with launching and playing the game. There's a lag, it crashes, etc. 

We've followed the troubleshooting steps, but at this point would prefer a refund. However, the refund option is not coming up for this game in my purchase history and the chat feature is unhelpful.

It's been less than 24 hours since we've purchased and any "play" time has just been us trying to get it to work.
