Summarize your bug as specifically as you can: RTG profiles created are not being created or synced whether created during a downtime or not during a downtime.
In which mode has this happened in? RTG
Online or Offline? Both
Did you desync during the outage? No explicit message stating that - created 1 profile while fully online, created 1 profile while an update was being deployed and connected to EA servers when they came up, while playing that profile.
Team name? Profile made during downtime: Michigan Wolverines - TE & Profile made while fully connected: Indiana Hoosiers - LEDGE
Did you change your team name? No.

Summarize your bug as specifically as you can: I won trophies in RTG but they are not showing up in the trophy room

Did you desync during the outage? No while I was online and won the trophies they still didn’t show up
Team name? LSU Tigers Wide Receiver Georgia Bulldogs REDGE
Did you change your team name? Yes my receiver started on Ohio state and my edge started on penn state
