Won't go past the initializing splash screen

I didn't have an issue earlier in the evening, however, at some point, I started getting an error message while trying to load the game. I am on PC and through Steam. I'd like to get this fixed please. Thank you!

    Hello! So, it appears that I need to make sure that I have the EA app running at all times and in the tray on my main window. It is weird since I haven't had issues in the past, but I'd say things are good now. Thank you!

    That looks like an EA app error screen. In the EA app, click into the game and then choose Manage and then Repair. Let that process complete then reboot and retry playing.
