EA Fix Your Freezing Problems in Squads

Me and my friends were going undefeated today all the way to the Natty, one of my friends won his natty, the next game was my other friends natty, and then the next one was mine. During my friends natty and my rose bowl we are winning 7-16 about to kick an extra point in the middle of the third quarter. Someone on their team kept lagging and it froze the game. Now we have been in a freeze off for multiple hours because we aren't restarting our seasons and taking a loss when we were going to win the natty. Either find a way to make the game not count or don't make it freeze at all. We are still waiting for one person on the other team to leave and he messaged us and told us it would be all night and he wasn't waiting. He was losing and it's not even a playoff game for him.
