Upgrading phenoms player not working

Trying to upgrade phenoms Josh petty to an 86 using the new breakout tokens. It accepted my token for skill points, but then when I try to use the skill points to upgrade him. It gives me an error and does not upgrade him.

Yeah, a lot of people are having the same problems. Don’t expect a fix unless EA can suck some money out of you. This **bleep** is unreal.

Phenoms premium pass not granting 10,000 XP
Purchased the premium pass for the phenoms promo and never got the xp. Contacted EA Help and they told me they could not grant me the XP or refund my points lol
