I've checked the logs and it appears as though you match went out of sync, likely due to both of you disconnecting briefly. ☹️ If this happens more frequently I recommend switching network connection if possible, such as from WiFi to cellular data. WiFi can be vulnerable to interruptions on the network so you may find cellular data more stable and can improve your gameplay. Hope this helps! 🙂

Being a programmer for the last 30 years, I understand you have bugs but this is a pretty serious one, there is also another serious bug that when you sometimes buy a unit you don’t get it and it leaves a graphic glitch on the screen. Telling people to use cellular data is not a viable option and people have dropouts on that also, going out of sync should not affect the outcome, the game clearly knows I won the battle because it clearly says so but gave me negative points this looks it’s not an out of sync issue because it says victory but you lost. Even when you play the replay it still says you won.

That's what i wanted to say.That is exactly what i was thinking.If it was out of sync, Then it should at LEAST not register the match.or make it a draw or any other solution, But saying that our problem is because it is out of sync is not an excuse, The ones who made the game should have made disconnections in their calculations to NOT make this grave issue, This IS a game-breaking issue, I mean if it is like this why would i play anymore and i think compensations are due.

Hey @zeftony thank you for reaching out! Sorry you're facing this issue. To help me investigate this further, can I get your Persona ID? It's a 13 digit number found in Settings > About. Also if you can provide any screenshots of your match history with the affected matches that would help too. Thanks!

It is becoming unbearable, i don't even know why i play anymore.
This didn't happen before the Cyberwheel update even if i had a bad connection it would just at least not count that battle, but now it assumes that I lost even if i have won,
THIS IS unacceptable.
By the way this never happens when i play GDI, It happens ONLY when i play NOD.

I got the same issue with my Blitz 2x Prize!
I played Nod, clearly won but it got counted as a loss. Extremely frustrating for Blitz 2x Prize....
Can you change it? Or reset my progress for free?

I have the same problem, clearly won but said deafest and subtracted 24 medals, pretty pissed as I was on a streak of 6 wins

What’s more is if you check the person I beat it shows for them as a victory and they got +24 points, that is totally * up
