Addressing Epic Unit Leveling

Ever since this last update I've received ZERO Epic boxes (crates?). And even in the wooden crates I would receive something every once in a while. But nothing. Not even a random rare. 

Also, it seems that with every update you do it becomes harder and harder to log in without the game freezing up. Once I'm in, I'm good. But sometimes I'm trying for twenty minutes. PLEASE work on that. 

Please. I've spent money on this game. I'd expect a little from you guys since I'm giving the money to you.
