Adjustment to Medals Won/Lost

It's a shocking update as have numerous previous updates been as well. How do you expect anyone to progress within the game and keep interest in it when you're put against higher players most of the time or everyone using the same petty tactic which gets boring now! This is even more frustrating to know that previous issues I have with the game and personally emailing you guys it never gets resolved. You ask for the consumers opinions but yet never take action about it...EA as always!!
