The title says it all. I don't like it. It's childish. This isn't Fortnite for children. Any way to turn off this garbage.

So let them show for the person who is childish enough to need taunts, but turn them off for those of us who don't want to pay for a game to taunt us. It's annoying and childish.

I second this request. These "Explojies" are little more than the fake tattoos kids used to get as a Cracker Jack prize. Horrible idea for a franchise that used to be fun. How about spending your development time on some new boards instead? Something that would actually add play value. This stuff is just another way to raise money. Please give us the option to turn them off for my opponent as well.

Perhaps you could pass along the idea that we should be able to turn off emotes and explojis in our settings. That way we don't have to keep muting each battle over and over again. I don't care if you want to sell the taunts, I just want an option to turn them off. I've paid over $200 for a stupid phone game only to have some childish prats feel the need to taunt people. They are distracting, irritating and we shouldn't HAVE to be subjected to them. Call it the 'butthurt' setting or whatever, I don't care, just give us the option to turn them off.

Any answer on this EA? I'm in my 40's. Anyway to turn off this Fortnite kid's garbage so that I can enjoy the game the way the series was intended to be played?

explojis are just a way to make money. would be nice to focus on content - a happy customer is more willing to pay.

Anyway to turn off the stupid explogjis?

You could simply select the regular explosion if its the one on the enemy's base. Either way, sometimes I don't like how the explosion shows on my base or the enemy's. Wish the missile would just simply fall into the base and get stuck there. The 2nd missile causes a major explosion that obliterates the base. Maybe in the ongoing fight, the eploji is shown as an icon besides the player's and you could have it disabled when the missile falls on your base.

If he gets a missile, instead of an explosion, I get a stupid baby pacifier on my base in lieu of explosive fire. There's no way to disable it as far as I know.

The skull is a bit annoying, yes. I mean the sound effect is a whole lot more distracting than the thumb or the shield.

It could show for your opponent, but that does not mean that it has to show for you as well. That could be independent from one another.

Hi @Marine_CorporaI,

It is possible to turn of the Commander emotes in the game. However, at this time it is not possible to turn off the explojis (missile explosion effects) or unit skins. I will pass along your feedback to the rest of the team.
