Bought CNC Ultimate Edition but failed

Just bought CNC Ultimate edition but transaction failed, how long does it take to returned my money into my account?

And it seems i can't even add the game into my library, but can install other game from the EA play sub such as NFS Unbound

    @AqilnurzafriIs an EA App issue and not game-related at all. Also, the all caps comes over as quite intimidating honestly. Please just contact EA support to solve this if it hasn't already as no one here has any access to your payment data of course.
