Hi @s70ABlackHawk and thank you for the suggestion.
Since this is not a technical issue, you could post that as feedback in the Game Information section to gain more traction.

I would suggest that the game should be able to differentiate between disconnecting cause of bad network and disconnecting cause the player didn't want to fight his enemy anyone. On the first part, it would be great if I disconnected early in a match that I was nearly going to win by launching 2 nukes. I'd lose the 2nd nuke by then, but I'd be able to steal the 3rd nuke and win. For the 2nd one, let players be if they don't want to fight. Sometimes I want to fight someone just to see how tough they are. Of all matches in this case, at least 30% of my enemies disconnect. I would sure like to disconnect without closing the app after he disconnects so that by default, my enemy wins. I don't really want to win in this case, I just want to try and prolong the match without losing.

The positive aspect of someone disconnecting, especially early, is that when you have a hard bounty to complete like building 3 Avatars you can just stop charging the middle, kill your own players and build the 3 Avatars or Mammoth tanks etc..... 😎
