C&C doesn't lunch under Origin anymore

Hi Guys

I bought in January this year C&C remastered collection. It used to lunch Origin app when I wanted to play.

I didn't play it for more than half year.

Now, when I try to start the game, the origin app gives me an error 20:403. 

I can't update the Origin app, as it seems necessary. 

Also under EA account I can't see that I have the C&C in my library as being available. 

Anybody else got this situation?
