C&C generals zero hour

Hi all !

i want to tell EA GAMES  , your team made 2003 game "command & conquer  generals zero hour" but game no have in yours base sistem. 

You shut down this game ?

    There is no C&C team employed at EA any more. Not since Generals 2 was cancelled, three years ago now. So there's no one to tell anything to, really.

    Generals and Zero Hour can still be bought on Origin as part of the "Command & Conquer: The Ultimate Collection" pack, though.

    Online play for the game is no longer officially supported, since it used the Gamespy system for online play, and the whole GameSpy system has been shut down in July 2014.

    However, community servers have already been set up, so it should be possible to play online that way. More information on that can be found at http://cnc-online.net/.

    Specific setup and installation info can be found on the "setup page" on their site.

    no one to tell me or i find anything about game to shut down game. Game is great but i would to eA make for newest windows this game ,like as windows 8 and 10 . Becazse this game crashed someetimes on windows 7 ☹️

    You help me a lot. Thank you very much!
    I must download ultimate pack and see what a have there. Thanks a lot man 🙂

    Thank you a lot! 

    unfortunately, I expect this game to live still some 5-6 years, with newer technology and computers, I do not think it will be possible to play in the future.

    This is one of my favorite games I play since 2006 and did not even boring.

    I hope EA GAMES put on internet  a newer version of games, may remain the same only to support newer systems that come in the future.

    In any case, I will try to keep Windows 7 as much as possible to be able to play this great game.

    (sorry maybe my english bad, but i happy for we each other understand  )

    @Errnad

    We only removed the online function of the game. But as explained by Nyerguds, there are still servers up and running that are managed by the community.

    Additionally, these older C&C titles should work on newer versions of Windows. They might however need some tweaking.
