C&C Genrals login to origin displayed, but not working

When i try to launch C&C Generals the login dialog to origin is displayed, but login fails, even with correct credentials.

Hey there,

You say that login fails, what happens exactly? Do you get any error messages?

    Hello,

    no error message. The login dialog displayes a second time, afterwards the start of the game is aborted.
