C&C, Red Alert 2, missing file "ssleay32.dll"

I have redownloaded all C&C games from the remastered collection on origin. 

I tried to run Red Alert 2. Error. Ran as administrator. Error. Did the compatibility check. Says I am missing "ssleay32.dll" I then find the "missing file".....I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  There is not much else I can think to do except look for an actual disk copy of C&C.

This error comes up on 6 of the downloaded games from the collection......

Any suggestions?

    @EA_Illium So this does not work for the specific file that is missing. I did find the file though in the core file that is right next to the install file. Weird too since the game does not recognize that the file is present.

    @ColMooney THANK YOU. Been feeling this way for awhile. Haven't impressed me since RA2 & the original Mass Effect series and a replay of that shows the shoddiness as well. Had EA Play for years now on my PS4, Xbox Series X & now PC & I NEVER WANTED IT. In this case I actually bought the game so I could download it. SO UPSETTING.
