C&C Rivals Pixel support

C&C Rivals currently doesn't support Google Pixel devices that utilize Tensor series chips. As a result the graphics defaults to the lowest settings. Though the phone is not a gaming powerhouse, the Tensor G2 and G3 are perfectly suited to running a game like this. Please add support for Tensor devices
