C&C The Ultimate Collection mods and Bibber's launchers (And now some errors in running)

Thank you Bibber for those launchers and the command line support, but now I don't know how to set up mods. I would like access to mods for the more modern games, as they are very fun. Just need help generally how to install now and play because the -ui game browser isn't here anymore, and the Modtoaster/Crosus for Zero Hour I've no idea how it works.

Edit: I also get a bug saying 'ERegistryException: Failed to set data for 'Install Dir' ', No idea how to fix this for the launchers.

Edit 2: Now I'm extremely frustrated. I got everything to work correctly along with old saves, then suddenly I lost all of my saves. Also, I can't run Kane's Wrath now as well due to 'no language pack' and C&C4 now just pauses when attempting to run. It looks like getting this to work is now more harmful than helpful...

Edit 3: Ok, so I gathered the major problems now. C&C Tiberium Wars and likely Kane's Wrath as well lost both of their saves and I've no idea how to recover them with Cloud, since I still have the saves in Cloud. It also keeps asking me to recreate a profile. Not only this, Kane's Wrath and RA3 Uprising now also get an error saying that there needs to be a language pack installed, which means for some unknown reason even when repairing the installation there is no language pack (which I want English). Lastly, C&C4 Tiberium Twilight now fails to run. So I want an answer on these and how to run mods on Bibber's launchers (and why is that error appearing?)
