As we see, u got the game on your EA account! The key won't be activated the second time.
Try download / luanch the game from Origin client. Check the key in-game plate.

@MADrag0n Indeed it was the good link and it indeed seems that he has no CNC games on his EA-account, but by the link I specifically provided we can confirm that. But we then assume that even Steam-games that are activated with an EA-account, but not actually playable on Origin (Steam version specifically), will show up there.
I've gotta sleep now, but one way or another a EA employee could help him with the activation of the key or he has to chat with the EA helpdesk again in a nice way. It is clear that the game is not at fault, but that really simply the key seems to be already used. An EA employee should be able to help with that.

@TERORISTU Ask one more time for sure. Do you absolutely say that you have never played this game online? And could not activate the key on another EA account and forget about it?

Yes i've never played that game C&C4 after i bought it because i couldnt ever redeem my cd-key
@mrtnptrsI've already contacted EA several times and talked with them with calm and explained and provided everything i've provided you guys and even more for EA support to confirm and they still couldnt help because as they say : Its not the fault of EA for providing a cd-key that is already used. @TERORISTU You indeed don't seem to have activated the game. I would contact EA and provide your prove again and then ask under which account the key has been activated at EA's side. That will probably explain to you what went wrong and who is using the key at the moment. I think this is the only way you could find out what is going wrong.
It indeed seems that Steam provided the key and are responsible, but indirectly those keys came from EA, which is thus indirectly responsible. But Steam is known to not be very flexible in responses. And I'm sure as hell that you won't get your money back after 9 years.

@mrtnptrsThey said that my cd-key is redeemed on another user account , so i kindly asked to check if that user bought the cd-key as i did , and if so to provide the reciep like i am able as well to do. I dont think i've asked for the moon or anything.
Edit : I dont want the money back , i just want the game i've paid for ; nothing more, even tho as you can see it has tons of bad reviews, its a prodcut i've bought and wanna use it , nothing more. I dont want a refund.

@TERORISTU You bought only one game from EA in 12 years? Its some strange...
Do u have other email accounts or try to remember what all email accounts u use back in ~2011 when u bought the game?

@TERORISTU Asking for the reciep of another person? No wonder they refused as that is private. Just ask them nicely what the username is of the account that is coupled to the key-activation.
@MADrag0n There are many people who never buy anything from Origin.... So, not that strange 🙂

@MADrag0nWhy is strange? because i dont play only on steam? Or im not allowed to have only 1 game ? You make it sound like i must buy tons of games to get help O_o
@mrtnptrs You missunderstand me, i didnt ask for me , i asked them to do the research, i know that i will never get ant private infos about other users as they stated : They are unable to tell me wich account has redeemed the cd-key. So i didnt ask for any details , i just asked them to do a research.

@TERORISTU Hey, be a bit nicer. @MADrag0n surely didn't meant it that way.... He is indeed a bit direct, maybe even a bit too much in my opinion, but he obviously means well.
So, they refused to give you the username to which the key is coupled to at the moment? I would say: contact them again and ask it again after showing all the proof you have.

@MADrag0nWell i only play on steam , and you can add me to check that i have all my games on steam , so for me is perfectly normal that i dont spend money on other platforms since the one im spending , i never had problems , and when i asked for help they gave it to me.
Edit : Yes , i have only 1 email that i use for all my gaming stuff.

Try to go to this link https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword and use all ur emails accounts that u can recall, except current in EA account.

@MADrag0nARE you joking me? Check my post , because i've answered you that i have only 1 Email, how can you say that im ignoring you? What you trying to do over here? O_o
Edit : I just might let it be , and come every year and still get no help. Its just the fact that , im not the only one asked for help for this C&C4 CD-KEY problem , and seems like all the others that asked for help , didnt got it. The point here is that, even tho we can PROVIDE everything, we still cannot be helped so we are droven in the situation were we say , imma just quit fighitng the mountain and forget about the money i've paid.

This is not a chat so, try to give accurate and complete answers, not editing previous messages with add important info later, when there is an active correspondence.
Most people have many email accounts. Many quickly create them in order to do something quickly and then immediately forget the password to it or the entire account (they do not need it), and so it can be repeated many times ...
I don’t know how else to help you. Try in the EA support chat to give the key to the game, the purchase screen and ask to give you the email to which this key is attached, at least in the form some like x***x@gmail.com, maybe this will help.Also, I find similar topics for info:

- 6 years ago@MADrag0n As i mentioned before about 10times , i will say it again , during my chat with EA live support , they said that they cannot offer any informations related to where the CD-KEY has been redeem.
As well , i've told you 5 times already that i only have 1 E-Mail for gaming that im using for eveything (i have no ideea why u keep going a LOOP by seing same stuff over and over again). As well as you could see for yourself , i can provide everything EA asks me. I didnt ask for free games nor for a refund nor anything impossible, i only asked to have the game i paid for NOTHING MORE. i've created another Steam ticket mb steam can aproach EA and discuss with that , so steam can confirm as well that i never had the possibility to redeem my cd-key. I will replay tmr if i got any answer from steam or when they will answer. Here its getting late. - mrtnptrs6 years agoSeasoned Ace
@TERORISTU Hey, we want to help you, but it is a difficult problem you're having. Especially because we ourselves can't look-up information about the game-key. And yes @MADrag0n is talking a bit in circles and asking multiple questions multiple time, which can be annoying, but it really seems you have activated the key before with another account. If you say you absolutely didn't, then there is something weird going on. Sorry that we can't really help you any further; we're just limited by what we can do ourselves.
Btw, next time with a problem: try to provide more detailed information about the error etc. from the beginning 🙂 Avoids a lot of questions :P And I don't know why @MADrag0n Is advising against message-editing as it prevents message-spamming in a thread.... @TERORISTU Can you keep us updated when you talk with EA and Steam again and tell us what they told you?

1. In this transaction, as I understand it, Steam acts as an intermediary, like any other key store, he just sold you the key. At this stage, EA does not know anything about this. EA enters the case only if someone activates the key code on an existing EA account. We have two events: a) receiving a key from Steam and b) entering a key in EA account. What happens between them, neither Steam nor EA can say. Different people can participate in event a) and event b). We can believe you, but not Steam and not EA. In such situations, by default, Steam and EA blame the person who bought the key in Steam. Of course there are exceptions ..
2. We see that you bought a game pack consisting of
"C&C: RA3",
"C&C: RA3 Uprising",
"C&C 4: Tiberium Twilight",
"C&C: Kane's Wrath",
"C&C: Tiberium Wars".
You said that u can play all other "C&C" games from the pack without any problems, only this one ("C&C 4: Tiberium Twilight") has a problem. I do not have one of these games in Steam and I don’t know the details of how the key is activated in the EA account for them. I see that for this problematic game, before going online, you need to activate the key in the EA account. What happens to the rest of the games in the pack? Is it really only one game from the pack requires such actions?
We see that on your EA account there is not a single "C&C" game. I can’t understand how this can be if you say that the other four games from the pack are working fine.
@TERORISTU , @mrtnptrs Can you clarify this question for me.
