Try to disable the In-Game overlay in Origin settings. This resolved my game launch issues with Red Alert 2 and Generals.

I am a Chinese player and I start playing it nine years ago, it's my favourite game. When I heared that I can download Ra2 for free, I felt pleasantly surprised. I can watch the excellent clips of Ra2 and Yuri's Revenge. However, I cannot play the Skirmish and Campaign models in Ra2, and Skirmish model in Yuri's Revenge. In win10, I even cannot enter the game. I could only heard the clip's sound and there was no picture. I want to know how to solve this problem and what can I do now.
