C&C ultimate collection Red Alert 2 wont start

    Try to disable the In-Game overlay in Origin settings. This resolved my game launch issues with Red Alert 2 and Generals.

What's bizarre is, this game used to work just fine. But then on one boot, I had this same issue, attempted everything listed here. Nothing. Went to Origin support, they had me clear the AppData cache. Nothing. That was a very disappointing refund.
