In fact this change does the opposite. Those with low levels but high skill were rewarded only if they won, these comments imply every man and his dog was getting rewards for not being good. This isn’t the case. Have a tourney with equal levels and you will see who has the real skill

Exactally what I keep saying. They are allowing players with max level (level 60) to drop down leagues and now they took away the benefit for skilled players who are ranking up through pvp and not paying cash. There is no reason to have such an unbalanced game. Matching people for pvp is easy. Match average unit levels problem solved.
