Hi @Digital_Trucker Apologies for missing this, try selecting the following:

Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection | PC | Manage my account | Manage account details

You might be able to click this link, however, if it errors out just use the selections above. With C&C 4:Tiberian Twilight being an older title it does not have its own selection available.

@EA_Illium No worries. Not sure where I came up with the idea (or if I just did it), but I did exactly that and am in the process of trying to get it resolved with support (going kind of slowly, though). Evidently it's some kind of account problem as support is telling me that my code is associated with a deactivated account (I don't have any deactivated accounts). Hopefully will be solved soon.
