command and conquer generals and zero hour not launch

hi can someone help I update directx and change compatibility and even changed the option.ini none is working it still gives error: technical error message can someone help please us...

and got directx 9

hello @KingBenji4God

If I may ask ... what did you have to change in the ini-file?

Did you download directx from Microsoft's website?

Can you also try installing directx from some older game you got on CD and or DVD?

Don't forget to reboot 🙂
