Command and Conquer Red alert 2

Hi, I bought the ultimate collection game. The game I will talk about is Red alert 2 with the expansion set Yuri`s Revenge.  Everything is working fine. There`s a glitch though. I increased the game speed to 6 but speed is still looks like 1. There`s no error with the increasing. It's the game experience I am having before I used to play the game the purchase would be fast the tanks and soldier would move faster but currently it`s not the game speed of what I expect. the movement of screen is slow too. I was wondering if a patch or update is necessary. Is there someone who was the same issue or bug. Please help me.
