Command and Conquer the ultimate collection missing in ea app

Ive started to use to the EA app for the first time and my game is missing from the my collection. Its available on my old lap top when i log on through origin. Customers services cannot resolve the...

same here. i only have 9 of 17 from the collection

@AlienX55 @beastvermin82  There were never 17 actual 'games' though; most of these are expansion packs, and from that screenshots I just see them all bundled with their expansion packs. Which ones are you actually missing?
