Command and Conquer the ultimate collection missing in ea app

Ive started to use to the EA app for the first time and my game is missing from the my collection. Its available on my old lap top when i log on through origin. Customers services cannot resolve the...

@beastvermin82 I could swear i had the "Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection" but i only have 2 C&C games now.
