Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun And Tiberian Firestorm will not launch

Hello 

Whenever I attempt to launch Tiberian Sun or Tiberian Sun Firestorm it comes up with an error saying that DLL files were missing or Corrupt, I have attempted repair install and it says that it is fine, and I have reinstalled and it still comes up with that same problem, I have only just brought the ultimate collection and installed it all today, Please Help.
