Command and Conquer ult. col. wont let me change my GFX settings in any games

i know some or all my drivers are out of date i have an envy 15 and cant find out how to update my drivers every time i try it says they are up to date i hear i have to wait for HP to release an update for my driver i tried to let AMD auto detect my driver but thats a no go it says i have a 6000 series but my computer specs say a 7000.... so im waiting on HP to update but no matter what game C&C game i play it wont give me the option to change my GFX settings they are al blacked out except for the brightnes that i can change and everything is set to low any help with this would be great thank you for your time
