Command and Conquer Ultimate won't play full screen

Does it play windowed? Does it play fullscreen but not using the entire monitor space? Please describe in more detail.

Allow me to jump in here because I've the same problem as you described, is the 2nd option "fullscreen but not using the entire monitor space". I've download the game from origin. I'm trying to play Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars.

Did you check your graphic card driver to make sure fullscreen scaling is enabled?

You could most likely just raise the resolution of the game 🙂
