I can't seem to find the place where it was mentioned (it was in some thread here on this site), but I remember reading that this could be fixed by going into the game folder and starting the game executable directly from there instead of going through the Origin launcher. Could be worth trying that...
If you don't know where to find the game folder, open the Origin menu and select "Application Settings". In the settings screen, go to the "Advanced" section. Copy the address in the grey box, paste it in your Windows file explorer's address bar, and press [enter]. In the folder where you end up you will see the actual installation folders of your games.
