Command Conquer The Ultimate Collection

Hello,

I don't log into the Command Conquer The Ultimate Collection game before purchasing it.

I can't download or play games.

The serial code of the game given to me is attached.

I request your support. It was taken in 2019.

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your game. Please note you shouldn't share the game code or any other sensitive information on public forums. 

    If you cannot see the game on your library, please contact EA Help Support as they should be able to assist you with that.
