connectivity issues

everytime i try to create a match or create a co-op on the Xbox 360 it says "Unable to connect to EA Online servers at this time" help! i love this game dearly! it the server shut down?

Cant wait to see what EA has to say about the servers, Hope they will be back online by the end of the week ☹️
